Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use LEAK.INK:

• Assessment inputs — quiz answers, uploaded screenshots, or voice memo recordings you submit for analysis.
• Account information — email address and basic profile data provided through OAuth (Google, GitHub) when you choose to create an account.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We never store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate your Automation Intelligence Profile and report.
• Improve our classification models and service quality.
• Send transactional emails (report ready, payment receipt).

3. Zero-Persist Policy

Raw assessment inputs — screenshots and voice memos — are permanently deleted after your report is generated. We retain only the structured classification output and your final report. This is by design: we don't want your data, we want to give you answers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LEAK.INK:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• OpenAI — assessment analysis and report generation. Your inputs are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and tax compliance for Pro upgrades (Merchant of Record).

5. Data Storage

Reports and account data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Each user can only access their own data.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any third-party advertising trackers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your data — download your reports at any time.
• Opt out — you can use LEAK.INK without creating an account.
